1. Introduction

EasyInvoice is developed by Farhan Ijaz (AppXplora). We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

Thank you for using EasyInvoice. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect your information.

2. No Collection of Personal Data

EasyInvoice does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data on our own external servers.

All the data you enter—such as invoice details, customer information, or templates—is stored locally on your device by default.

3. Biometric Authentication (Optional)

This app includes optional security features ('App Lock' and 'Smart Lock') that use the device's native biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID).

• Processing: All biometric authentication is handled entirely by the Android/iOS operating system.
• No Storage: We do not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data. The app only receives a 'Success' or 'Failure' signal from the device to allow access.
• User Control: You can enable or disable these features at any time in the app Settings.

4. Local Device Storage

Your data stays on your phone using secure local storage. We cannot access, view, or recover your information unless you enable the optional Cloud Backup.

5. Google Drive Backup (Optional)

You may choose to backup your app data to your personal Google Drive account. If you enable this feature:

• Limited Access: We use the Google Drive API solely to upload and download a specific backup file ('easy_invoice.db') to a hidden App Folder in your Drive.
• Privacy: This data is stored in your private cloud account. We (the developers) have no access to your Google Drive files.
• Scope: The app only accesses files it has created itself. It cannot read or modify any other photos, documents, or files in your Google Drive.

6. Data Deletion

When you uninstall the app or clear its storage, local data is permanently deleted.

If you have created a backup on Google Drive, that file remains in your Drive until you manually delete it via Google Drive settings. We cannot delete files from your personal Drive.

You may also revoke any advertising consent or tracking permissions at any time by clearing the app's cache/data or adjusting your device's system privacy settings.

7. Permissions Used

EasyInvoice may request the following permissions solely for app functionality:

• Storage: Used to save invoices/screenshots on your device.
• Biometrics: Used securely to verify your identity for App Lock features.
• Google Sign-In: Used only to authenticate you for the purpose of backing up your data to your own Google Drive.
• Internet: Used for Google Drive backups, fetching advertisements, and checking for App Updates via Google Play/Huawei Services.

8. Advertising and Analytics

To keep EasyInvoice free for our users, we display advertisements using third-party ad networks. Depending on the app store you downloaded the app from, we use the following services:

• Huawei AppGallery Users: We use Huawei Petal Ads. To serve relevant advertisements, Huawei may collect your Open Advertising ID (OAID) and basic device information.
• Google Play Store Users: We use the Android Advertising ID (AAID) to serve advertisements and analyze app performance.

Your Consent and Opt-Out: We highly respect your privacy. Before displaying personalized advertisements, we will ask for your explicit consent through an in-app popup. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be generic and not based on your personal interests. You can completely reset or disable personalized advertising at the system level at any time by going to your phone's OS settings (e.g., Settings > Privacy > Ads).

9. Third-Party Services

While the app itself does not collect personal data, it utilizes Google Play Services, Huawei Mobile Services, and Google Drive APIs to provide essential functionality. By using the app, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect data (such as device information and app usage statistics) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

• In-App Updates: We use store services to check if a newer version of the app is available.
• In-App Reviews: We use store APIs to allow you to rate the app directly within the application.

10. Children’s Privacy

EasyInvoice does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Since no online personal data collection occurs by the developers, the app remains safe for all age groups. Any advertisements shown are subject to the age-appropriate filters of our third-party ad networks.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if required for app improvements or legal compliance. Any changes will be reflected here.
